  • Free shipping on orders over 50€ for all Continental Portugal.
  • All prices don´t include shipping costs.
  • In order to calculate the shipping costs, please add the desired itens to the shopping bag and select your shipping address. The delivery cost will be displayed below.
  • Customer will receive an “On-Hold” email with the payment data. After we receive the payment, the customer receive an confirmation email and the order change to “Processing” status. – Another email is sent as the order turns to “Complete” with the tracking number included. -The shipping company (GLS) will send you an message with the delivery day info.
  • In case of Return or Exchange the return shipping costs and second shipping are at customer`s responsibility.
  • Deliveries only on working days from Monday to Friday.

FAQ
What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you’re not home, you’ll get a GLS phone call in order to schedule a new delivery date (usually the day after) or asking if the order can be dropped on any pick up point.

Please check the shipment tracking number to find out more about the location of your order.

Please understand that we have no influence on the exact time of delivery.

When will i receive the shipping confirmation email?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the shipment tracking number will usually be sent to you after your payment and as soon as we’ve handed over your order to the parcel service.

If you haven’t received an e-mail, this may be for one of the following reasons:

The e-mail landed in your spam folder.
There’s a typo in your e-mail address. Please check your e-mail address under “My Account“.
Your inbox is full.
You chose payment in advance (bank transfer) and we haven’t received your payment yet.
You can also track the status of your order under “My Account – Orders”. Once your order has been shipped you’ll find the shipment tracking link there.

How to order on POP Skateshop?

1 Start by choosing your favorite goods.

Start by entering the desired good(s) page(s). Afterwards choose the intended size(s) and click on “Add to basket”. If the goods are not being added to the basket will appear written “out of stock” and a “not permitted” sign next to the mouse cursor when over the “Add to basket” button. After adding all the desired goods to your basket, click on the “Shopping bag” and then click on “Proceed to checkout”.

2 Registration and Log in

In order to shop at POPskateshop.pt you’ll have to submit a one-time registration. After creating your costumer account just log in with your e-mail address and password from anywhere and at anytime you want. On your customer profile you’ll be able to see your account details, orders and their status.

3 Ship to a different address?

If you intend your order to be shipped to a different address, click the box “Ship to a different address?” bellow your billing details and fill the new shipping address intended on the checkout page.

4 Shipping methods

-If you wish to pick up your order at our physical store, POP Skateshop 2.0 at Parque das Gerações, click on the shipping option “local pick up” on the checkout page and no shipping costs will be applied to your order. Please have in mind our physical store time schedule.

-If you intend to have your order shipped to you, just click on the shipping option “GLS” and a calculated fee will be added to your order total. Bear in mind that multiple European areas, such as Azores or Madeira, will have multiple options of shipping with different prices and timings.

5. Payment

Choose your preferred payment method. In addition, you can also specify a billing address other than the delivery address. Click on “Continue”.

6 Confirmation emails

Customer will receive an “On-Hold” email with the payment data.
