To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return, within 15 days from receipt of the order, the items to be returned / exchanged. Items must be new and complete as they were received and must be returned in their original condition.

The return request must be made to the email support@popskateshop.pt, with the order number as subject (Example: Return # 16137) and purchase invoice attached.

This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manuals, labels) and in good condition. Products returned incomplete or used by the customer will not be accepted.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the POP skate shop will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, while safeguarding, however, this period will depend on the delivery timing and the evaluations that will be made on the material.

In case of returning a product, the POP skate shop will only refund the product price without shipping costs (in case the customer payed shipping costs). Shipping costs are at customer`s responsibility, this value will be deducted to the reimburse total.

In the exercise of the right of withdrawal, products can also be delivered to the POP skate shop located in Parque das Gerações, Estoril.

In case of exchange for another product, the POP skate shop will only refund the product price without shipping costs included (in case the costumer payed shipping costs). The return shipping costs and second shipping are at customer`s responsibility.

In case of exchange for another product, the customer can go directly to the POP skate shop located in Parque das Gerações, Estoril, without having to contact the online store in advance, and make the exchange within 15 days, from the reception of the product, maintaining the obligation to present the product for exchange in the original conditions with the purchase receipt.

To return the order, the customer must write an email to support@popskateshop.pt , by reply we will send an GLS label to print and attach to the order box and also the pick up information.

POP skate shop does not accept returns in situations where the modalities and times provided for by the competent legislation for the communication of the retraction exercise have not been respected, or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all the original content.

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All products sold, benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.

POP skate shop undertakes to carry out any repairs with suppliers. Whatever the problem with your product, it is necessary to send a copy of the invoice and the return email with the merchandise.

Attention, the warranty does not apply (or partially applies) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse, or non-use according to the manufacturer’s usage specifications.

POP skate shop cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the budget, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective amount of the repair.

DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon West will be competent.

POP skate shop is not responsible for delays or contractual breaches for reasons of force majeure: pandemic, disturbance, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war.

POP skate shop is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may result from the purchase of any product presented on the website.
